Today was a fun fieldwork day. We popped over to Behar Café to sample their cevapi, burek, & coffee, and to check out some of the food items they carry. Behar is a Bosnian restaurant and grocery in Bowling Green, KY that specializes in cooking and selling items important to Bosnian foodways traditions, such as sausage and pita.
