Join us as mother-daughter pair Fatima and Nejra Delic prepare pita and discuss the importance of this foodway tradition to Bosnian culture.
Yesterday, Fatima and Nejra stopped by to do a trial run for their upcoming Bosnian Pita Demonstration (and we can vouch that it passed the taste test!)This event is being organized and presented by the WKU Folk Studies FLK 585 Foodways class as part of the programming for our exhibit A Culture Carried: Bosnians in Bowling Green at the Kentucky Museum.
