Still thinking about all the kimchi we got to try last week! It was such a treat hosting Kyu Frohman of Radcliff, Kentucky to hear her share stories about making and eating kimchi. Frohman demonstrated how to make a cucumber, a radish, and a cabbage kimchi, all of which, we can assure you, were mighty tasty!
