As part of @wku‘s International Year of South Korea, the Kentucky Folklife Program and @wku_folkstudies are hosting Kyu Frohman tomorrow, 4/27, for a Kimchi Demonstration at 4pm in the Confucius Institute Kitchen on WKU’s main campus! Kyu will share memories about family traditions tied to making and eating kimchi, and she will demonstrate how to make a couple of varieties. This event is free and open to the public.
